This zoom lens was exclusively designed for use with digital Single-Lens Reflex (SLR) cameras and has a 6.9:1 zoom ratio. The image circle is designed to match the size of the image sensor of digital SLR cameras. From wide angle to telephoto, this new zoom lens can capture a wide range of subjects. As there is no need to change lenses, there is no risk of missing those great shots. This lens has a minimum focusing distance of 50cm (19.6in.) at all focal lengths and a maximum magnification of 1:5.3. A distance scale on the focus ring makes the lens convenient and easy to use. This lens has a minimum focusing distance of 19.6" at all focal lengths and a maximum magnification of 1:5.3. It is equiped with inner focusing system, since the front of the lens does not rotate, "Petal-Type Hood" and a circular polarizing filter can be wasily attached and used. This lens is also eqipped with Zoom Lock Switch that eliminates "Zoom Creep"
